রাষ্ট্রের নিরাপত্তা, জনশৃঙ্খলা, জনসাধারণের নৈতিকতা বা জনস্বাস্থ্যের স্বার্থে আইনের দ্বারা আরোপিত যুক্তিসঙ্গত বাধানিষেধ-সাপেক্ষে প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের

(ক) প্রবেশ, তল্লাশী ও আটক হইতে স্বীয় গৃহে নিরাপত্তালাভের অধিকার থাকিবে; এবং

(খ) চিঠিপত্রের ও যোগাযোগের অন্যান্য উপায়ের গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার থাকিবে।

☞ Hints:
দেখতে বড় হলেও, এটা একটাই মাত্র বাক্য এবং তা সরল বাক্য (simple sentence)!
বাক্যের মূল অংশ:
প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের নিরাপত্তালাভের (অধিকার থাকিবে) এবং গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার থাকিবে।
(কোনকিছুর বিরুদ্ধে/কোনকিছু হতে) কাউকে/কোনকিছুকে নিরাপত্তা দেওয়া = to secure sb/sth (against sth)
[যেমন, আমরা চুরি হতে বাড়িটিকে নিরাপত্তা দিয়েছিলাম = We secured the house against theft.
এবার বাক্যটাকে passive করলে,
The house was secured against theft = বাড়িটিকে চুরি হতে নিরাপত্তা দেওয়া হয়েছিলো > বাড়িটি চুরি হতে নিরাপত্তালাভ করেছিলো।]
∴ (কোনকিছু হতে) নিরাপত্তালাভ করা = to be secured (against sth)
(কোনকিছু হতে) নিরাপত্তালাভের অধিকার = the right to be secured (against sth) [right + to-verb: the right to do sth = কোনকিছু করার অধিকার]
(কোনকিছুর) গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার = the right to the privacy (of sth) [right to + noun: the right to privacy = গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার]
প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের (কোনকিছু হইতে) নিরাপত্তালাভের অধিকার থাকিবে = Every citizen shall have the right to be secured (against sth)
প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের (কোনকিছুর) গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার থাকিবে = Every citizen shall have the right to the privacy (of sth)
প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের (কোনকিছু হইতে) নিরাপত্তালাভের এবং (কোনকিছুর) গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার থাকিবে = Every citizen shall have the right to be secured (against sth) and (every citizen shall have the right) to the privacy (of sth)
এখানে, against sth > against entry, search and seizure = প্রবেশ, তল্লাশী ও আটক হইতে
of sth > of his correspondence and other means of communication = চিঠিপত্রের ও যোগাযোগের অন্যান্য উপায়ের
সুতরাং,
প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের (প্রবেশ, তল্লাশী ও আটক হইতে) স্বীয় গৃহে নিরাপত্তালাভের এবং (চিঠিপত্রের ও যোগাযোগের অন্যান্য উপায়ের) গোপনতারক্ষার অধিকার থাকিবে = Every citizen shall have the right to be secured in his home (against entry, search and seizure) and to the privacy (of his correspondence and other means of communication).

পূর্ণাঙ্গ বাক্য:

Subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interests of the security of the State, public order, public morality or public health, every citizen shall have the right to be secured in his home against entry, search and seizure, and to the privacy of his correspondence and other means of communication.
OR,
Every citizen shall have the right — subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interests of the security of the State, public order, public morality or public health — (a) to be secured in his home against entry, search and seizure, and (b) to the privacy of his correspondence and other means of communication.
