Lesson - 10: If and when ...... (ever)

If and when..... (ever) = যদি কখনো [এটা ব্যবহৃত হয় ভবিষ্যতের কোনো ঘটনার ব্যাপারে, যেটা ঘটতে পারে আবার নাও ঘটতে পারে।]
1. We’ll deal with that problem if and when it arises. (যদি কখনো সমস্যাটা দেখা দেয়, আমরা সেটার বিহিত করব।)
2. We don't own a car - we just rent one if and when we need it. (আমরা কোনো গাড়ির মালিক নই - যদি কখনো  প্রয়োজন হয় আমরা কেবল ভাড়া করি।)
3. If and when I ever learn the meaning of life, I will let you know. (যদি কখনো জীবনের মানে বুঝি, আমি তোমাকে জানাব।)
4. We'll open fire on them if and when they open fire on us. (যদি কখনো তারা আমাদের ওপর গোলা বর্ষণ শুরু করে, আমরাও তাদের ওপর করব।)
5. If and when Jhuma ever loves me, I'll marry her. (যদি কখনো ঝুমা আমাকে ভালবাসে, আমি তাকে বিয়ে করব।)
Exercise: Translate into Bangla.
1. If and when this country is invaded, we must be ready to fight.
2. If and when we have a boy, we must name him after my father.
